Supply of country states

We usually have in stock about 250 country estates, with areas (that go) from 1.500 to 25.000 m2, irrigated/ unirrigated land, forest, scrub, fertile plains, with riverwith or without drinking water, overlooking the Gredos Mountains, nearby and with a good access, hidden, with or without buildings, that is to say, a wide range, affordable for every pocket, and for all (or almost all) kind of tastes.

Tracing for you, your desired country state.

Even though, if your dreamed real state, was not among those we have in stock, we can find it for you: we have the means necessary for it (four-wheel drive vehicles, satellite tracking, agronomist, and permanent staff with good knowledge of the Region).

Legal study of the properties.

• Situation in the Land Registry Office: (in Spain the functions achieved in other countries by the Land Registry Office, are carried out by the following two institutions:
  Property Registry Office: Where our employees are provided with the information about any possible burden to which the property might be subject; the ownership, etc.
  Cadaster: Where we obtain Certifications and rectifications ( if necessary) of the exact location and area of the land.
• Enviromental and Urban situation: we obtain the necessary reports from the Town Council, to see if the land is considered as part of the urban area or if it is rustic land, all the municipal and enviromental permissions, licenses to construct.
• Measurings taken by a competent expert.
• Personal advice by certified professionals, with more than 20 years of experience in this sector, in urbanistic and Land Registry Office matters, to obtain the desired juridical situation, (we are used to handle with all the needed requirements involved in inheritance procedures, segregations and partitions of land,.. etc.).
